By accessing or using the Weskinah website (weskinah.com), placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Weskinah reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make purchases on Weskinah. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes.

  In-stock accuracy is maintained; if an item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or alternative.

  Promotional prices and discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa, Mastercard (via Paystack), and Cash on Delivery for eligible Accra orders.

  All card and MoMo payments are processed by Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card details or MoMo PINs.

  Cash on Delivery is available for select Greater Accra locations at Weskinah's discretion.

  Payment must be completed in full before an order is confirmed and dispatched.

  Weskinah delivers to all 16 regions of Ghana. Standard Accra/Tema delivery is 1–2 business days; regional is 3–5 business days.

  Express Same-Day Delivery is available in Accra for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

  Delivery fees: Standard Accra/Tema — GHS 30; Regional — GHS 50; Express Same-Day — GHS 60. Free on orders GHS 500+.

  Delivery times are estimates. Weskinah is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or courier partner issues.

  Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address may incur a re-delivery fee.

  Weskinah offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

  Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

  Non-returnable: perishables, opened hygiene products, custom orders, digital products, and Final Sale items.

  To initiate a return, contact support within the 7-day window with your order number.

  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after inspection.

  Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Ghanaian law.

  Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or payment information.

  Attempting to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the website.

  Posting false, defamatory, or abusive reviews or content.

  Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the Weskinah platform without written permission.

  Using automated bots to place orders or manipulate product availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Weskinah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
